Privacy Policy
Reliquary is built around non-custodial, onchain execution. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use our website and interfaces, and how it is used.
1. What we collect
Reliquary does not require account registration. When you interact with the site, the following may occur:
- Wallet addresses - when you connect a wallet, your public address is used locally in your browser to display status and prepare transactions. We do not operate a centralized database of connected wallets from this static site.
- Onchain data - blockchain transactions, sealed plans, and proof-of-life signals are public by nature and permanently recorded on the networks you use.
- Usage analytics - if enabled by the hosting provider (e.g. GitHub Pages), basic access logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited may be collected by the host, not stored by Reliquary directly.
- WalletConnect - connecting via WalletConnect may involve third-party relay infrastructure subject to WalletConnect's own privacy terms.
2. What we do not collect
- Private keys or seed phrases - ever.
- Personal identity documents unless you voluntarily share them off-platform.
- Email addresses through this site - we do not operate a mailing list or support inbox on this domain.
3. How information is used
Information processed in your browser is used solely to operate the interface - wallet connection, plan creation, transaction signing, and display of onchain state. We do not sell personal data.
4. Cookies & local storage
The site may use browser local storage or session data to preserve wallet connection state and form progress during plan creation. No third-party advertising cookies are intentionally deployed by Reliquary.
5. Third-party services
Reliquary interfaces may load fonts from Google Fonts, WalletConnect SDK from CDN providers, and link to block explorers. These services have independent privacy policies. Review them before connecting a wallet or signing transactions.
6. Data retention
Onchain data is immutable and persists on the blockchain indefinitely. Local browser data can be cleared by you at any time through browser settings. Hosting access logs are retained according to the hosting provider's policy.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by service providers. Because Reliquary does not operate a centralized user database, most personal interaction data exists either onchain (public) or locally in your browser.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site or protocol evolves. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date.
