Terms of Service
By accessing or using the Reliquary website, documentation, or protocol interfaces, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About Reliquary
Reliquary is a programmable treasury continuity protocol that allows users to define and seal onchain succession instructions for project treasuries. Reliquary is non-custodial - it does not hold private keys, take possession of funds, or act as a wallet provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain-based services in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Reliquary complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Your responsibilities
- Verify every successor address, allocation, trigger window, and execution condition before sealing a plan.
- Secure your wallet, private keys, and signing devices. Reliquary cannot recover lost keys.
- Understand that onchain execution is irreversible once protocol conditions are met.
- Review smart contract interactions and transaction details before signing.
4. Protocol use
Reliquary executes only the rules you create and seal. The protocol does not guarantee outcomes, recover funds from compromised wallets, or override sealed instructions. You use the protocol at your own risk.
5. $RELIQ token
Where referenced, $RELIQ is described strictly as a utility token for protocol access and coordination. It is not a security, yield instrument, or promise of return. Token availability and utility may change as the protocol evolves.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Reliquary to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, launder funds, circumvent sanctions, or attempt to exploit smart contracts, interfaces, or infrastructure through unauthorized access or manipulation.
7. Intellectual property
The Reliquary name, branding, site content, and documentation are owned by Reliquary Protocol or its licensors. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. You may not misrepresent affiliation with Reliquary.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reliquary Protocol and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, smart contracts, or protocol - including loss of funds, failed transactions, or incorrect succession execution.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
